CaRe Days 2025
Registration is now open!

On Wednesday 2 and Thursday 3 April the CaRe days 2025
will be held in Eindhoven.

This year we'll celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Research School CaRe.

This year's theme is:
30 years Research School CaRe
Learning from the past, Exploring the future

Speakers include Prof Hugh Montgomery, Prof Giridhara R. Babu,
Prof André Knottnerus and Prof Hilde Verbeek.

All researchers, junior and senior, are welcome to join. Click here to view the preliminary programme and to register. Registration is free.

PhD students and junior researchers are offered a free overnight stay if they attend both days. There are a limited amount of rooms available, so register now!

CaRe Award 2025

During the CaRe days the CaRe dissertation award will be awarded again.

The four CaRe institutes selected two excellent theses to nominate for the award. The jury, the members of the board of governors, will assess the 8 nominees and select a winner. 

On Thursday 3 April, the winner will be announced by Prof.Dr. Chris van Weel, at the CaRe days in Eindhoven.

The mission of The Netherlands School of Public Health and Care Research concerns: contributing to better health and health care through high quality training of young researchers and multidisciplinary cooperation between excellent research institutes in the field of primary health care, transmural care, public and occupational health and health policy, focused on the development and implementation of new scientific knowledge in these fields.

This mission is shared by the four participating research institutes of CaRe, i.e. CAPHRI (Care And Public Health Research Institute) of Maastricht University, Radboud University, APH (Amsterdam Public Health research institute) of the VUmc, AMC, VU and UvA in Amsterdam, and Nivel (Netherlands Institute for Health Services Research) in Utrecht.
