CaRe Days 29 & 30 May 2024

The CaRe Days 2024 took place on 29 and 30 May in Eindhoven.
The theme was:
‘EMPOWERING HEALTH CARE TRANSITION. Our Research as a Catalyst for Transformation’

Prof Mark Levels started the first day with his interactive session:

The influence of socio-economic status.

After an intensive first day we enjoyed dinner together.

Prof Jan Kremer: Appropriate care as the heart of the healthcare transition.
